Welcome to online therapy MeaningfulLife Counselling. During our time together you will have safe space to reflect, process, develop new coping strategies.

My name is Gen and a very warm welcome to MeaningfulLife Counselling website. I am qualified online counsellor, BACP registered.

Life presents many unexpected challenges, where we can experience anxiety, panic attacks, depression, feeling isolated, lonely and need for extra support.

Sometimes it is difficult to find time or private space for self-care and relax. You might feel anxious to go out or nobody understands what you go through? you cannot find the ways to cope? it might be difficult to reach out for help, not knowing what to expect. Do not worry, I am here to support you through your journey.

Online therapy can provide you a safe space avoiding anxiety of traveling. My services are focused to encourage you to find ways in making positive life changing decisions and attitude adjustment. Please do not hesitate to contact me for free 15 minute consultation where you can ask questions about therapy concerns you may have and explore your expectations from a counselling perspective.

When a person realizes he has been deeply heard, his eyes moisten. I think in some real sense he is weeping for joy. It is as though he were saying, Thank God, somebody heard me. Someone knows what it’s like to be me.”
